Zumba Classes

Our approach is very student friendly and systematic as we truly believe in helping you enjoy and adapt to your workout regime so as to be able to get the most out of it.

Yoga Class

There is no written record of the inventor of yoga. Yogis (yoga practitioners) practiced yoga long before any written account of it came into existence. Yogis over the millennia passed down the discipline to their students, and many different schools of yoga developed as the practice widened in global reach and popularity.

Fitness Class

Sport and Wellbeing offers a great range of fitness classes, designed to help you keep fit while also having fun! Our variety of classes caters to all abilities and fitness levels, and offers something to suit everyone. The majority of our classes are free to Sport and Wellbeing members but non-members are also very welcome - see 'Prices' for further information.

Gymnastics Class

The sport of Gymnastics requires superior body flexibility and strength that comes with regular training from a trained Gymnast. In Delhi, as is a popular fact, the infrastructure for such sports is very limited and despite us having a lot of manpower, we as a country have never done anything outstanding in any of the acrobatics fields. This is not because we can’t do it, it is because we haven’t ever been given the opportunity.

Dance Class

Dancing is one of the best ways to boost your feelings, it gives you a chance to take yourself away from the world for a while. Learning new dance moves not only gives confidence also gives the incredible sense of accomplishment and it reflects on day to day life.
